Good to be back…

Market is good. More homes sold in Walla Walla in 2014 than 2013. Rates should be stable for 2015 if all stays the same. Take advantage of the lowest interest rates of my 40+ year career and look for your first home or your last. Now is a great time to buy!

Cold Weather Tips:
• Cover outside faucet bibs
• Put in insulated blocks in crawlspace vents
• Keep you drive ways and sidewalks clear and ice free
• When you travel take extra blankets, coats, and gloves

Walla Walla is usually mild but it can get tough. Just be safe.

Coldwell Banker First Realtors Community Activities:
Food_Drive Coldwell Banker First Realtors donated money to the Realtor Annual Care and Share Food Drive to help increase the success of the already successful Realtor Food Drive for the community. The food donated will exceed 40,000 lbs. Wow! Thank you Walla Walla!

We placed chairs on the sidewalk in front of our office and had hot coffee, cocoa, cookies, and flags. We had three times as many viewers as last year. If you want to take the time go to view the video and look at the fun people are having and listen to the speech from President Regan at the tomb of the unknown solders. It drew tears for me.

Thank you veterans for all you have done for our country.
